DANIEL NISTICO

Daniel je prvi put počeo da uči gitaru u 12. godini, sa svojim ocem. Brzo je razvio strast prema klasičnoj gitari, zaintrigiran svestranim bojama i bogatim zvucima. 2005. godine, Daniel je upisao Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) Young Academy, i priliku da nastupa i usavršava se kod brojnih renomiranih muzičara. Danijel je takođe upisao VCASS, specijalističku muzičku i plesnu školu Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School (VCASS), studirajući se sa Benjaminom Diksom, aktuelnim članom renomiranog Melbourne gitarskog kvarteta. Ovdje je Daniel osvojio nagradu „Most Outstanding Soloist“, a kao rezultat toga nastupio je uživo na radio stanici „ABC Classic FM“. Daniel je takođe često nastupao uživo na Fine Music Radio i na raznim mestima širom Melburna, kao što su Nacionalna galerija Victoria i Iwaki Auditorium.
Daniel je diplomirao na Melbourne Conservatorium of Music (VCA), u klasi gitariste Antony Fielda. Daniel first started learning the guitar at age 12, taught by his father. Daniel quickly developed a passion for the classical guitar, intrigued by it’s versatile colours and rich sounds. In 2005 Daniel was accepted into the ‘Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) Young Academy’, gaining many performance opportunities and masterclasses from numerous renowned musicians. Daniel was also accepted into the ‘Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School’ (VCASS), a specialist music and dance school, studying with Benjamin Dix – a current member of the renowned ‘Melbourne Guitar Quartet’. Here Daniel won the ‘Most Outstanding Soloist’ award and as a result was broadcast Australia wide on ‘ABC Classic FM’ radio station. Daniel has also frequently performed live on Fine Music Radio and throughout various venues across Melbourne, such as the National Gallery of Victoria and Iwaki Auditorium.
Daniel is currently studying Honours at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music (VCA), with Aria award winning guitarist Antony Field. Daniel has participated in masterclasses with world-renowned guitarists ‘Manuel Barrueco’, ‘Ricardo Gallen’, ‘Matthew Slotkin’, ‘Eduordo Catemario’ and ‘Rafael Andia’. Daniel has received many awards and prizes throughout Australia, including the prestigious ‘Alhambra Sadie Award’, an award given to the guitarist who wins the major eisteddfods throughout Victoria. Daniel was recently a finalist in the 2010 Adelaide International Guitar Competition.
