Eduard LEATA je rođen 1991. godine. Pohađao časove gitare u Školi umetnosti sa profesorom Marijom Badeom, a od 5. razreda, učenik je u Srednjoj školi umetnosti „Dinu Lipatti“ iz Pitestia. Dobio je više od 70 nagrada, od kojih je 30 prvih nagrada na Nacionalnoj olimpijadi muzike organizovane u Craiovi, Tg. Jiu, Suceava, Cluj-Napoca, Bacau, Bucuresti, kao i na nacionalnim i međunarodnim takmičenjima i festivalima klasične gitare. Održao je recital Radio Cultural Romania, a 2007. godine je izabran od strane soprana Felicia Filip za grupu mladih talenata, nastupajući na emisiji Filipissima show. Usavršavao sa odličnim gitaristima kao što su: Carlo Marchione, Gabriel Bianco, Oscar Ghiglia, Zoran Dukić, Dimitris Kotronakis, Costas Cotsiolis, Srdan Tošić, Hubert Kappel. 2008. gitara je po prvi put prisutna u Rumuniji na nacionalnoj selekciji mladih muzičara Evrovizije, gde je Eduard osvojio treću nagradu. Diplomirao je na muzičkom konzervatorijumu na Univerzitetu u Pitestiu sa profesorom Mihaiom Cojocaru.

 

Eduard LEAŢĂ was born in 1991. He started the study of guitar in the School of Arts with teacher Maria Badea, and from the 5^th grade, he is a pupil at the Art High school “Dinu Lipatti” from Pitesti. He gained over 70 prizes, 30 of them being first prizes at the National Olympics of music organized in Craiova, Tg. Jiu, Suceava, Cluj-Napoca, Bacau, Bucuresti, as well as at National and International Contests and Festivals of classical guitar. He held recitals Radio Cultural Romania, and was selected in 2007 by soprano Felicia Filip for the young talents group, performing in the Filipissima show. In order to improve his technique, Eduard took master-classes with great guitar players: Carlo Marchione, Gabriel Bianco, Oscar Ghiglia, Costas Cotsiolis, Srdan Tosic, Hubert Kappel. In 2008, guitar is present for the first time in the Romanian at the national selection of the of the international Contest Eurovision Young Musician, where Eduard gained the third prize. He graduated at the Conservatory of Music at the University of Pitesti with the professor Mihai Cojocaru.
