Zsombor Sidoo rođen je 1997. godine u Budimpešti, u Mađarskoj. Započeo je svoje studije gitare sa 10 godina u klasi Lasla Guliasa. Dve godine kasnije, doktor Jozsef Eotvos postao je njegov mentor i radio s njim u naredne tri godine. Do 2011. godine, Zsombor je bio student mlađeg odseka na Akademiji za muziku Franz Liszt u Budimpešti. 2012. školske godine prof. Melinda Toth postola je njegov nastavnik. Od 2013. godine studira sa prof. Paolo Pegoraroom na pred-studijskom odeljenju „Universitat fur Musik und darstellende Kunst“, Graz (Austrija). Poslednjih godina je održao koncerte na nekim od gitarskih festivala u Evropi kao što su Međunarodni gitarski festival u Segedinu, Forum Gitarre u Beču. Dobitnik je nagrada na mnogim domaćim i međunarodnim gitarskim takmičenjima. Poslednjih godina osvojio je prvu nagradu u filmu Anna Amailia Vettbeverb fur Junge Gitarristen (2013) i na  Forum gitarre Vien (2011). Interesuje se za komponovanje a piše ne samo gitarsku muziku, već i kamernu i druge instrumentalne komade. Osvojio je treću nagradu sa svojom kompozicijom (Preludio alla Passacaglia i Fugettha) na World Guitar Competition 2013. godine u Novom Sadu. Od oktobra 2014. godine uči kompoziciju sa prof Beat Furrer na Kunstuniversitat u Grazu.

 

Zsombor Sidoo was born in 1997 in Budapest, Hungary. He started his guitar studies at the age of 10 with his teacher László Gulyás. Two years later, Dr. Jozsef Eötvös became his teacher and worked with him for the following three years. Until 2011, Zsombor was a student of the junior section at the Franz Liszt Academy for Music in Budapest. 2012 academic year Melinda Tóth took over management of his music education. Since 2013 he has been studying with Prof. Paolo Pegoraro at pre-study class of Universitat für Musik und darstellende Kunst Graz (Austria). In the last years he has given concerts at some of the guitar festivals in Europe (International guitar festival in Szeged, Forum Gitarre Wien). He has been awarded at various national and international guitar competitions, In the last years he won the first prize at Anna Amailia Wettbewerb für Junge Gitarristen (2013) and at Forum Gitarre Wien (2011). He has interesting for composing music. He writes not only guitar music, but also chamber and another instrumental pieces. He won the 3rd prize with his composition (Preludio alla Passacaglia and Fugettha) on the World Guitar Competietion in 2013. Since October of 2014 he is taking composition lessons with Beat Furrer as an external student at Kunstuniversität Graz.
