Aleksandra Spasojevic was born in 1968 in Sarajevo, where she graduated at the Music School in the class of Prof. Mile Rakanovic. From 1983-1990 she was a very active member of the Sarajevo Guitar Ensemble. In those years the Ensemble had a huge concert activity throughout the then Yugoslavia (from Ljubljana to N. Sada) and made a large number of recordings for various RTV houses. The crown of work in the ensemble was a concert in 1990. at the Yugoslav Cultural Center in Paris, which ended this long-standing cooperation. From 1992-1999 she was working as a teacher of music at Isidor Bajic Music School in Novi Sad, then from 2000 to 2004. in the music school Novo Sarajevo in Sarajevo, and she is currently employed in the music school Petar Konjovic in Sombor since 2004. Over the past 15 years of work in education, a large number of her students decided that music becomes their lifestyle, so that they themselves became students and guitar teachers. In 1999 she graduated from Faculty of Arts in Niš, in the class of Prof. Vesna Petkovic. During her education in Sarajevo, she received numerous awards at competitions ( l national and ll federal award, special republican chamber music prize, two l and one ll prize at international competitions in Italy). During 15 years with short breaks she played very actively in the guitar duo with Nado Golijanin. As a result of this collaboration, numerous performances and concerts were recorded (Sarajevo, Belgrade, N.Sad, Ljubljana, Sombor), as well as RTV footage.
