CAMILO VERGA

Camilo Verga rođen je 29. oktobra 1982. godine u Buenos Airesu, Argentina. Počeo je studije sa Cristina Duenas na Muzičkoj školi na Nacionalnom univerzitetu Cuio u Mendozi i završio osnovne studije 2000. godine. Kamilo je nastavio kao student Graciele Pomponio i diplomirao je kao bachelor muzičke umetnosti (klasična gitara) 2006. godine Nacionalnog univerziteta umetnosti (Nacionalni konzervatorijum Karlos Lopez Buchardo), Buenos Aires, pod pokroviteljstvom Javiera Brava. Počeo je studije kompozicije sa Fernando Maglia i doktorirao na Universidad Catolica Argentina. Pohađao je masterclase sa međunarodnim gitaristima kao što su Angelo Gilardino, David Russell, Oscar Ghiglia, Thomas Muller-Pering, Aniello Desiderio, Alvaro Pierri, Gael Solal, David Pavlovits, Elena Papandreou, Carlo Marchione i mnogim drugim u Urugvaju, Boliviji, Brazilu, Italiji, Portugalu, Španiji, Austriji, Srbiji i Rumuniji. Camilo je dobio nagrade na takmičenjima kao gitarista i kao kompozitor. Među 29 nagrada, naglašavamo 13 Prvih međunarodnih nagrada na takmičenjima u Italiji, Španiji, Urugvaju i Argentini. U kompoziciji, njegova Sonata Onirica osvojila je drugu nagradu na takmičenju „Claxica“ (Italija). Njegova diskografija uključuje albume Onirico (2017), u kome postoje njegova dela za gitaru između 2000. i 2014. godine, Molto Legato (2014) sa klasičnim, romantičnim i modernim autorima kao i Heitor Villa-Lobos: Integral Guitar Vorks (2010).
Od 2008. godine predaje klasičnu gitaru na Nacionalnom konzervatorijumu (sada se zove Muzički odsek Carlos Lopez Buchardo – UNA), a od 2009. na konzervatorijumu Manuel de Falla u Buenos Airesu.

Camilo Verga was born on October 29th, 1982 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He began his studies with Cristina Dueñas in the Music School at the National University of Cuyo in Mendoza and completed the Undergraduate career in 2000. Camilo continued as student of Graciela Pomponio and hi was graduated as Bachelor of Musical Arts (Classical Guitar) in 2006 at the National University of Arts (Carlos Lopez Buchardo National Conservatory) of Buenos Aires, under the tutelage of Javier Bravo. He has begun composition studies with Fernando Maglia and currently has started a PhD in Music specialty in Composition at the Universidad Católica Argentina. He has received masterclasses with international guitarists such as Angelo Gilardino, David Russell, Oscar Ghiglia, Thomas Müller-Pering, Aniello Desiderio, Alvaro Pierri, Elena Papandreou, Carlo Marchione, among many others, in Uruguay, Bolivia, Brazil, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Serbia and Romania. Camilo has received awards in competitions as guitarist and for their works. Among its 29 awards, we highlight 13 First International Awards in interpretation which were obtained in Italy, Spain, Uruguay and Argentina, one of them competing against concertists of all instruments. In composition, his Sonata Onírica has won the Second Prize in the Claxica contest (Italy). His discography includes the albums Onírico (2017), in which there are his works for guitar wrote between 2000 and 2014, Molto Legato (2014) with classic, romantic and modern authors and Heitor Villa-Lobos: Integral Guitar Works (2010).
Since 2008 he teaches classical guitar at the National Conservatory (now called as the Music Department Carlos Lopez Buchardo – UNA) and from 2009 at the Manuel de Falla Conservatory of Buenos Aires.
