IZIDOR ERAZEM GRAFENAUER

Izidor Erazem Grafenauer počeo je studirati klavir sa sedam godina i gitaru sa osam godina na Muzičkom konzervatorijumu u Ljubljani. Diplomirao je na Muzičkom konzervatorijumu sa glavnim predmetom muzička teorija. Od 2008. nastavlja studirati gitaru na Muzičkoj akademiji u Ljubljani sa profesorom Andrejom Grafenauerom, gde završava magistrirske studije. Nastupa u Sloveniji i inostranstvu (Italija, Njemačka, Austrija, Mađarska, Francuska i dr.) , sa repertorom od renesanse do savremenih radova. Takođe nastupa na theorbi, vihueli i lauti (kao solista i u različitim baroknim projektima kao što su Monteverdi’s Vesperae i L’Orfeo, Hendel Dido i Aeneas ect.) Nastupa u različitim sastavima: gitarski duo, barokni duo, trio, kvartet, duo sa kontrabasom, klavir, cembalo, harmonika, violončelo, klarinet i sa glasom. Izvodio je Roland Dyens „Concerto Metis“ sa Slovenačkom filharmonijom kao dobitnik nagrade Temsig (slovenačko nacionalno takmičenje). Izidor Erazem Grafenauer izabran je za premijerno izvođenje Koncerta za gitaru i orkestar, slovenačkog kompozitora Tjaša Žalik , sa orkestrom Narodne opere Maribora. Godine 2011. osvojio je Prešernovu nagradu Akademije Misije za izvođenje barokne kamerne muzike sa triom Himnia na koncertnoj turneji u Italiji. U februaru 2012. godine izveo je Rodrigov Concierto de Aranjuez sa slovenačkim filharmonijskim orkestrom. U julu 2012. bio je teorbista i asistent za basso continuo u čuvenoj Monteverdiovoj operi Orpheo, sa velikim uspehom, uključujući Narodno pozorište u Ljubljani i Venecijansku baziliku dei Frari. Dobitnik je nekoliko nacionalnih takmičara (Temsig: prva nagrada 2005, 2009, 20011 …) i međunarodna takmičenja (Murski festival kitare, Enrico Mercatalli, Concorso Fernando Sor …)

 

Izidor Erazem Grafenauer  started to study the piano at the age of seven (prof. Suzana Zorko) and guitar at the age of eight under professor Eva Hren at the Music Conservatory in Ljubljana. He graduated from Music Conservatory with the main subject of music theory. From 2008 he continues to study guitar at the Music Academy in Ljubljana under professor Andrej Grafenauer where he is finishing master degree. Izidor Erazem Grafenauer already performs solo in Slovenia and abroad (Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, France ect.) with repertoire from renaissance to contemporary works. He also performs with theorbo, vihuela and lute (as soloist and in different baroque projects like Monteverdi’s Vesperae and L’Orfeo, Händel Dido and Aeneas ect.) and gives concerts in different chamber casts: guitar duo, baroque duo, trio, quartet, duo with double bass, piano, cembalo, accordion, violoncello, clarinet and with voice. In February 2010 he performed Roland Dyens Concerto Metis with Slovenian Philharmonic orchestra as a special prize winner of Temsig (Slovenian national competition). In march 2010 he performed Mauro Giuliani’s Concerto op.30 with Ljubljana Music Academy chamber orchestra (to play this concert he won 2. place on audition competition between over 90 students competitors, instrumentalists and singers). For interpretation of these two concerts he won Ljubljana University, Academy of music Prešeren prize. Izidor Erazem Grafenauer was chosen to give the first performance of Concert for guitar and orchestra, composed by a Slovenian composer Tjaša Žalik in September 2011 with Maribor National Opera theater orchestra. In 2011 he won Prešeren prize of Academy of Misic for his interpretation of baroque chamber music with trio Hymnia on concert tour in Italy. In February 2012 he performed Rodrigo Concierto de Aranjuez with Slovenian philharmonic orchestra. In july 2012 he was theorbo player and assistant for basso continuo in famous Monteverdi’s opera Orpheo, performed with great success in different places including Ljubljana National Theatre and Venice Basilica dei Frari. He is a winner of several national(Temsig: first prize 2005, 2009, 20011…) and international competitions(Mürski festival kitare, Enrico Mercatalli, Concorso Fernando Sor…)
