MILKICA PONJAVIĆ

Milkica Ponjavić je završila srednju muzičku školu „Kosta Manojlović“ u Beogradu, u klasi prof. Boška Radojkovića, osnivača i direktora Guitar Art Festival-a. Diplomirala je sa najvišom ocenom na Fakultetu umetnosti u Nišu, u klasi prof. mr Vesne Petković.
Za vreme školovanja je višestruko nagrađivana na domaćim i međunarodnim takmičenjima iz oblasti solo gitare, ali i kamerne muzike. Bila ječlan i stipendista muzičkog kluba Energoprojekt-kultura, gde beleži brojne javne nastupe sa eminentnim umetnicimaširom regiona. Nastupala je u renomiranim salama kaošto su: Kolarčeva zadužbina, Skupština grada Beograda, Skupština grada Niša, Beogradska filharmonija, SKC, Narodni muzej, Teatar Madlenijanum, Ruski dom, Narodno pozorište u Nišu, sala Niškog simfonijskog orkestra, Dom kultureValjevo i dr.
Jedan od najvećih projekata na kojima je Milkica nastupala  je otvaranje XX Internacionalnih Horskih svečanosti na letnjoj pozornici u Nišu. To je bila svetska premijera Oratorijuma„Na raskršću”kompozitora B. Zlatkovića, gde Milkica  kao jedan od solista, nastupa sa Niškim simfonijskim orkestrom, Horom Radiotelevizije Srbije, Akademskim horom SKC Univerziteta u Nišu, brojnim naratorima, dva klavira, udaraljkama, a pod dirigentskom palicom dr Milene Injac.
Gostovala je u emisijama na RTS-u, Studiju B, Vujić Valjevu, TV-VA, TV-5, Belleamie, NTV Niš, Copernikus, kao i na mnogobrojnim radio stanicama.
Značajni su i njeni nastupi u regonu (Podgorica, Tivat, Nikšić, Kotor); a takođe i nastupi u Americi, na Floridi i u Kaliforniji. Član je trija Sensartika, koji izvodi veliki broj dela, počev od renesanse do muzike dvadesetog veka. Usavršavala se na mnogim stručnim seminarima i masterima kod domaćih i stranih cenjenih gitarista i umetnika.
Milkica se pedagogijom bavi od2002. godine. Od početka pedagoškog rada do dana današnjeg , njeni učenici  su osvojili više od dvesta nagrada na uglednim domaćim i internacionalnim festivalima, kao laureati i prvonagrađeni. Beleže i brojne javne nastupe na festivalima kao što suBeogradski BELEF festival, Dani Beograda, Vitez festu, Tešnjarske večeri a takođe i snimaju emisije za TV i radio stanice.
Njeni učenici uspešno nastavljaju svoje karijere, upisujući najprestižnije muzičke akademije i održavajući koncertne turneje nakon osvajanja poznatih internacionalnih gitarskih festivala.
Milkici su dodeljena brojna priznanja za učinak i doprinos u razvoju klasične gitare, zahvaljujući velikim pedagoškim postignućima stečenim tokom višegodišnjeg rada.
Redovni je član žirija na domaćim i internacionalnim festivalima, među koje  se ubrajaju: Guitar Art Festival, SIGF Sarajevo, Akademik Marin Goleminov,Vojvođanski festival gitare, Guitar Open Festival, Naissus Guitar Festival, VArt takmičenje gitare, International Guitar Festival Leskovac, Memoijal M.Đorđevići dr.
Osim toga, osnivač je i predavač  zimske škole klasične gitare na Tari i Zlatiboru, i jedna od organizatora Guitar Art Festivala u Beogradu.
Milkica Ponjavić je profesorka gitare i kamerne muzike u muzičkoj školi „Dr Vojislav Vučković” u Beogradu оd 2006. godine. Dugo godina je obavljala funkciju rukovodioca odseka gitare, a trenutno je predsednica Školskog odbora.

 

Milkica Ponjavić has graduated from Kosta Manojlović High School in the class of Professor Boško Radojković, the founder and manager of the Guitar Art Festival in Belgrade. She soon received her Bachelor Degree from the college of Arts in Niš with Professor Vesna Petković, completing the studies with the highest marks.
During her studies, she won many significant awards at national and  international competitions, perfoming as a solo artist and as a member of the chamber ensembles as well, across Serbia (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Valjevo) and Montnegro (Podgorica, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat). She was a member of the Music Club Energoprojekt Culture, permanently performing with some of the most prominent musicians across the Balkans. Appearing in distinguished concert halls including Kolarac Concert Hall, Belgrade City Council Hall, Belgrade Philharmonic, SKC Hall, National Museum, Madlenianum Opera & Theatre, and many more. As a most significant solo performer, she picks the Grand Opening of 20th International Choir Ceremonies in 2004, where she played at Niš Amphitheatre with Niš Symphonic Orchestraconducted by Prof. Dr. Milena Injac. The oratorium called “Na Raskršću” was premierely performed at the time by Niš Symphonic Orchestra, National Television and Radio of Serbia Choir and by a few narrators and soloists. She recorded for National Television and Radio of Serbia, Studio B, Vujić Valjevo, TV VA, TV-5, Belleamie, NTV Niš, Kopernikusetc. After the graduation, she toured across the USA performing mainly in California and Florida.
During her regular studies, Ponjavić attended a huge number of masterclasses of the world’s most famous guitar players such as Manuel Barrueco, Roland Dyens, David Russel, Gerardo Nunez.
She has a rich pedagogical experience, which started in 2002, when she became a guitar professor. Since then, her students had won more than 200 awards at National and International competitions. They had also performed at many musical events across Europe, while studying in the class of Milkica Ponjavić. Her students successfully continue their careers, attending the most prestigious Music Academies and having concert tours across the globe after winning some of the most prominent guitar festivals. Milkica has been awarded many times for contributions in the development of a classical guitar due to the pedagogical results she achieved in previous decades.
During her working experience, she has been an active member of the juries at the most significant National and International guitar festivals (Guitar Art Festival, Guitar Open Festival, SIGF Sarajevo International Guitar Festival, Naissus Guitar Festival, Akademician Marin Goleminov, LE Guitar Festival, VArt etc). She is a organizer and lecturer of the Winter Guitar Masterclass, and one of the organizers of Guitar Art Festival in Belgrade too.
Since 2006, she has been a professor of guitar and chamber music at the music school Dr Vojislav Vučković in Belgrade, while being a member of the School Commitee and a leader of the Professional Guitar Council.
