Dragi takmičari, profesori i roditelji,

kako bismo osigurali da sve protekne u savršenom tonu, molimo vas da pažljivo proučite priloženu satnicu Međunarodnog takmičenja „Jovan Jovičić“ uz nekoliko dodatnih napomena:

• Zbog velikog broja učesnika u svim kategorijama molimo vas da uskladite dolazak na lokaciju u vreme vašeg termina za usviravanje i poštujete satnicu.
  
  
• Određene kategorije imaju precizno definisane termine za probu sale. Ovi termini su kratki (5–10 minuta) i služe isključivo za upoznavanje sa akustikom prostora.
  
  
• Za svaku takmičarsku grupu projektovano je određeno vreme za usviravanje po sobama koje počinje uglavnom 30 minuta pre samog nastupa.
  
  
• Proverite da li nastupate u NSDKC (Radnička 20) ili u SKCNS (Vladimira Perića Valtera 5).
  
  
• Detaljan raspored soba za usviravanje dobićete na samom info-desku po dolasku na lokaciju. Naše osoblje će biti tu da vas usmeri.

SATNICA TAKMIČENJA | COMPETITION SCHEDULE

Dear Competitors, Professors, and Parents,

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please carefully review the attached schedule for the „Jovan Jovičić“ International Competition, along with a few additional notes:

• Arrival and Timing: Due to the large number of participants in all categories, we kindly ask you to coordinate your arrival at the venue with your designated warm-up time and strictly adhere to the schedule.
  
  
• Hall Rehearsals: Certain categories have precisely defined slots for hall rehearsals. These sessions are brief (5–10 minutes) and are intended solely for getting acclimated to the hall’s acoustics.
  
  
• Warm-up Rooms: Each competitive group has a projected warm-up time in designated rooms, generally starting 30 minutes before the performance itself.
  
  
• Venues: Please double-check whether you are performing at NSDKC (Radnička 20) or SKCNS (Vladimira Perića Valtera 5).
  
  
• Information Desk: You will receive a detailed schedule of warm-up rooms at the info desk upon arrival. Our staff will be there to guide you.
