ANNA-MARGARETHE VUČAK

Anna-Margarethe Vučak (rođ. Veselinović) došla je iz DDR-a u Novi Sad 1978. godine i ubrzo zatim postala prva profesorica gitare u srednjoj muzičkoj školi Isidor Bajić. Rođena 1950. godine u Tiringiji, već od najranijih dana osnovne škole pohađala je i muzičku, te uspešno učestvovala na raznim takmičenjima i u svirala u orkestru žičanih instrumenata. Paralelno sa srednjom školom, na Akademiji Franc List u Vajmaru  (Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar) pohađala je nastavu kod  čuvene gitaristkinje Ursule Peter, autorke poznatog trotomnog udžbenika. Diplomirala je na Univerzitetu Martin Luter (Martin -Luther-Universität Halle) u Hale-u na nastavničkom smeru, sa kamernom muzikom i gitarom kod Gerda Ochsa. Popularni instrument gitara u muzičkoj školi Isidor Bajić prvo je bio predmet teoretskog odseka, formalno pridružen harmonikaškom odseku a zatim gudačkom – čiji je šef bila jedno vreme – kasnije je osnovala zaseban odsek za gitaru. Brojni njeni učenici osvojili su nagrade na Saveznom takmičenju, a i danas su aktivni gitaristi. Osnovala je dečiji orkestar za gitaru preko Muzičke omladine Novog Sada. 1992. se preselila u tada već ujedinjenu Nemačku i do penzije radila kao profesorica u gimnaziji. Živi u Berlinu i Splitu.

Od 2023. godine Asocijacija Gitarista Vojvodine dodeljuje „Anna-Margarethe Vučak“ Nagradu za najuspešnijeg profesora na festivalskom takmičenju.


Anna-Margarethe Vučak (born Veselinović) came from the GDR to Novi Sad in 1978 and soon after became the first guitar teacher at the „Isidor Bajić“ Music High School. Born in 1950 in Thuringia, from the earliest days of primary school she also studied guitar music and successfully participated in various competitions and played in the orchestra of string instruments. In parallel with high school, at the Franz Liszt Academy in Weimar (Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar) she studied with the famous guitarist Ursula Peter, author of the famous three-volume textbook. She graduated from the Martin-Luther-Universität Halle in Halle with a degree in teaching music, chamber music and guitar with prof. Gerd Ochs. Guitar, at the time rising in popularity in the music school „Isidor Bajić“ was in the beginning part of the theoretical department, formally joined to the accordion department and then to the string department – whose head she was for a while – than later she founded a separate department for guitar. Many of her students have won awards at the Federal Competition, and are still active guitarists today. She founded a children’s guitar orchestra at the Music Youth of Novi Sad. In 1992, she moved to the then already united Germany and worked as a high school teacher until her retirement. She lives in Berlin and Split.

Since 2023, the Guitarists Association of Vojvodina has been giving „Anna-Margarethe Vučak“ Award for the most successful teacher at the festival competition.
